Kittiwake
Kittiwake Built on the side of the Warrens, Kittiewake is a beautiful little seaside retreat. Great for couples of those with a very young family.
Kittiwake has one bedroom fitted with zip and link beds that can be made into a superking or two singles.

The bathroom is fabulous, with underfloor heating, a huge 12″ drencher shower head in the natural stone wet room and a beautiful handmade Oak washstand to house the Travertine cylinder basin. (sorry these pictures are rubbish, can’t get a wide enough angle better ones to follow!!).

Kittiwake offers a compact but well appointed living space.
The Kitchen
THe living space houses the kitchen, lounge and dining areas. The kitchen is fitted with an electric over/grill, microwave, double halogen hob, fridge with ice box and a slimline dishwasher.
Dining table
The dining table is generally made up for two, but can accommodate up to 4 people. There are a couple of extra fold up chairs
In the lounge area the sofa can be pulled out to make a double bed, great if you have the children asleep in the frount bed room (the cottage isn’t really large enough to house four adults).
Day bed in living space
Step out through the tri-folding doors whih open up the back of the house onto a decked garden with views over the sand dunes. The stunning lighting createsa fabulous holiday feel in the evenings, as the breeze ruffles the coastal planting

The cottage offers off road parking for one car, there is a radio, flat screen t.v. with Sky + and a DVD player. And is a vaialble all year round. Dogs are very welcome.
